QuickSilver Break-In Period

While Audio and Video performance enhancements will be seen and heard immediately after QuickSilver treatment…OPTIMUM Audio and Video benefits are realized once QuickSilver breaks in… or undergoes a “conditioning” process. QuickSilver’s two key ingredients… our proprietary Silver and our Dielectric Fluid Carrier… undergo simultaneous conditioning by TWO distinct processes:

Silver Conditioning:  QuickSilver’s high purity cryo-treated Silver undergoes break-in when subjected to AC or DC current. With signal, QuickSilver’s Silver atoms realign themselves… forming “super highways” allowing for more efficient and unimpeded energy transfer. The Silver conditioning process takes between 72 – 96 hours where an electrical signal is flowing through the treated connectors. Connectors carrying higher current signals break in more quickly, while lower current carrying signals take a bit longer… although QuickSilver’s Silver conditioning process is near completion at approximately 96 HOURS (4 DAYS) of break-in with signal.

As the dielectric fluid carrier is exposed to oxygen… it undergoes a polymerization reaction forming longer chain molecules… and becomes a relatively hard solid (that still can be easily removed with Alcohol and a cotton swab). This polymerization not only increases QuickSilver’s ability to protect treated connectors from corrosion, but also causes the carrier to slightly shrink… compacting the Silver particles… increasing the number of Silver-to-Silver particle contact points… resulting in lower resistance across the connector interface. This is why QuickSilver’s Audio & Video performance gains continue to improve OVER THE NEXT 21 - 120 DAYS following treatment!!!

Audio Break-In:  While you may experience performance gains immediately after QuickSilver treatment… QuickSilver does undergo dramatic changes during its TWO-STAGE break-in process… some positive and some temporarily negative.
