Xtreme warrants its products for ONE YEAR against defects in manufacturing under regular consumer use with original receipt of retail purchase.
We believe in our products and want to provide you with a replacement if needed, only in which the product is still under warranty. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us about receiving a replacement.
*Any customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for shipping and handling charges if a replacement is required that is not due to a manufacturing defect. If there is not a manufacturing defect, shipping and handling will be applied.
Xtreme’s warranty is limited to our products only. Our warranty does not cover the replacement or repair cost of any third-party accessory, electronic device or personal property.

What is not covered under Warranty?
Xtreme provides a limited lifetime warranty on certain products against defects in manufacturing under regular consumer use with original receipt of retail purchase.
We believe in our products so much, we will provide a limited lifetime warranty on certain items. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us about receiving a replacement. In order to use the products warranty the customer must provide proof of the retailers receipt.

Product failures not covered by this limited lifetime warranty:
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the device. It is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, lightning or power surge damage, extreme heat or cold, and corrosive environments.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process warranty claims. Customers located outside of U.S. will be responsible for all shipping costs. A processing fee may apply to all warranty claims.
If your Xtreme Screen Protector ever becomes worn down, scratched, bent, peeled off etc. we will exchange the screen protector for free, with proof of purchase. Just contact us at customerservice@xtremecables.com or call toll free 855-999-8041.
